NEWS:

Spring 2011:

I’ll be performing my improv for kids show, The Quest in rural PA, through a generous grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.

December 2010:

I joined Mensa. Yes, that Mensa. I can’t wait for the parties!

October 2010:

Walkabout Yeolha was a great success for Columbia Stages at Riverside Theatre. Pics are on my Photos page

I recently modeled for photographer Ted Sabarese for his quirky portrait series. Ted was great to work with.

I’m still a regular guest on BBC Radio 5 Live, Up All Night. Chances are, Dotun will sing whenever I’m on.

A  LITTLE  STORY:

One day, on the set of 30 Rock, Jack McBrayer asked me where I was from. My answer: “I am a Ukrainian-American, born in Scranton PA, but I have grown up in Brazil, Washington DC, Lisbon, London and now New York.”  He replied in a drawl, “That sounds partially made-up.”

But it’s true and it’s me. I hope it all makes me a more empathetic actor.

A few more basics: the industry calls me a quirky mom/teacher/nurse type, but I can do one-arm push-ups, so one day I might trade in quirky for warrior and become a wrestler.

Stay tuned!
